Message	here is the info that I got back from them: You still have to fill out the paper form and mail it in but you can send the payment via PP to get the cheaper rate and just include a print out of your payment confirmation. From the ZCon staff: You can use either info@zccaconvention.com or gpsman54@yahoo.com as the email address to send your reg. payment. Sorry for the inconvenience.
